Digital products such as data and software on DataSN can be returned if:
- The product is not as described by the sales page
- The product has flaws that render it useless for the client
To qualify for a refund, the buyer must provide:
- Screenshot proof of the flaws or false descriptions
- A statement that the buyer will delete the purchased assets (data, software, files, etc.) and will not use them in any way immediately after receiving the refund
